The Sangha Cushion is an ergonomically designed buckwheat hull filled cube that easly facilitates sitting seiza, cross-legged and the knees up positions. Perfect for both the beginner and experienced meditator. The Sangha is available in two sizes. The standard 7" size is great for most people. For those who prefer a larger cushion we also offer a large 9" Sangha.
