Flat Yoga Bolster

Blue Lotus Yoga bolsters are different from standard yoga bolsters. They are handmade and stuffed with cotton and kapok. No foam is used at all.

Because it is made of natural fiber, this bolster provides a softer surface than other bolsters, while maintaining support and comfort.

Our bolsters are constructed with medium weight cotton canvas and are stitched with nylon thread for strength.

When we considered discontinuing this product, yoga studios across the country demanded we continue making this 100% natural fiber bolster.

Two sizes are available. Our small bolster is 18” x 8” diameter, and our large bolster is 24” x 10” in diameter. Both sizes have zipper closures.
