Returns & Refund Policy
At Blue Lotus, we stand behind the quality of what we make. We want you to feel good about your purchase, and we are committed to offering thoughtful service along with lasting craftsmanship.
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the requirements below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be:

unused

in the same condition in which it was received

in the original packaging
-
accompanied by proof of purchase
Please do not send your return back to the manufacturer.
Returns received more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us before sending it back.
Please note: Massage mats require pre-authorization. Please contact Customer Service in advance before returning a massage mat.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error, please contact us as soon as possible. If the issue is due to our error or a product defect, we will gladly reimburse standard return shipping costs or arrange pickup when appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that it has been received and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. This may include:

items not returned in original condition

items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for refund.
Return Shipping
Unless a return is due to our error or a defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost in transit.
We do not accept C.O.D. shipments or packages marked bill recipient.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary. You may also want to contact your bank, since refunds can take additional time to post.

Gift Returns
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item once it has been received and approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
