Shipping

Each Blue Lotus order is made and prepared with care. Most orders leave our shop within 3–5 business days of being placed.

We ship through UPS Ground and USPS. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.

Returns

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If something is not right, most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused
  • in the same condition in which they were received
  • in the original packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send returns back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us before sending it back.

Please note: Massage mats require pre-authorization. Please contact Customer Service in advance before returning a massage mat.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error, please contact us as soon as possible. If the issue is due to our error or a product defect, we will gladly reimburse standard return shipping costs or arrange pickup when appropriate.

Return Shipping

Unless a return is due to our error or a defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost in transit.

We do not accept C.O.D. shipments or packages marked bill recipient.
