Our yoga bolster is designed to bring steady support, softness, and ease to your practice. Handmade with all-natural cotton batting and kapok, it offers a supportive feel with a gentler, more natural surface than a standard foam bolster.
Crafted from medium-weight cotton canvas and stitched with durable nylon thread for strength, it is made to be both beautiful and lasting. The natural fiber fill provides excellent firmness and support, making it especially well suited for restorative poses, gentle stretching, and prenatal yoga.

Our cushions are made with durable cotton canvas fabric and natural fill materials. Please follow the care instructions for your specific product.
Kapok Filled Cushions
Kapok filled cushions are spot clean only.
Gently clean the cotton canvas surface with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not soak, machine wash, or submerge the cushion. Allow it to air dry completely before use.
Buckwheat Filled Cushions
For Buckwheat Zafu, Buckwheat Crescent, and Sangha Cushions, the cotton canvas casing may be hand washed after the fill has been removed.
Before washing, fully empty all buckwheat hulls from the cushion. Hand wash the casing in cold water with mild soap, then line dry completely before refilling.
Do not machine wash. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Make sure the casing is fully dry before putting the buckwheat hulls back inside.
Products with Removable Covers
Zabutons, Flat Yoga Bolsters, Round Yoga Bolsters, and Massage Mats have removable covers that may be hand washed.
Remove the cover before washing. Hand wash cold with mild soap and line dry completely before putting the cover back on.
